About the role
The Academic Supervisor will guide CIPD‑registered students through their entire learning journey, from registration to graduation, ensuring they meet training milestones and project requirements.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare and monitor progress of CIPD‑registered students.
- Act as the primary academic adviser, supporting students from enrollment through to graduation.
- Develop and regularly update individualized training plans.
- Conduct assessments for students and trainers, providing feedback and recommendations.
- Generate detailed status reports highlighting development areas for each student.
- Serve as the central project manager for student projects within the Police department.
- Report on project statuses, challenges, and propose improvement suggestions.
- Offer continuous support and advice to enhance project outcomes.
Required profile
- Excellent communication abilities.
- Background in Human Resources.
- Strong academic writing capabilities.
- Student‑oriented mindset.
