Accommodation Attendant

About the role

The Accommodation Attendant ensures that employee housing provided by Rixos Hotels in Abu Dhabi is safe, comfortable, and well‑maintained. You will coordinate room allocations, handle employee requests, and work closely with landlords and service providers to deliver a seamless living experience for staff.

Key responsibilities

• Manage allocation, check‑ins, check‑outs and transfers of employee accommodation.
• Maintain accurate records of occupancy, contracts and invoices.
• Coordinate maintenance, cleaning, pest control and utility services with providers.
• Conduct regular inspections and report safety or quality issues.
• Address employee complaints and resolve accommodation problems promptly.
• Support onboarding by arranging housing for new hires.
• Monitor occupancy levels and identify available rooms or beds.

Required profile

• Minimum 24 months of experience in accommodation or facilities coordination.
• Strong organisational and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and follow company policies.

Required skills

• Experience with accommodation HR systems.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
