Account Director - GCC

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Account Director to lead a portfolio of high‑value accounts across the GCC region. Based in Dubai, you will act as the senior strategic lead, building trusted relationships with developers, architects, real‑estate businesses and global brands.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute long‑range account plans aligned with client objectives.
• Serve as primary point of contact, overseeing commercial discussions, delivery oversight and issue resolution.
• Drive account growth, retention and service excellence through proactive relationship management.
• Collaborate with internal teams to translate client priorities into actionable plans while maintaining delivery quality.
• Mentor and develop client‑service professionals, providing feedback and raising performance standards.

Required profile

• Proven senior account leadership experience in complex, multi‑service environments.
• Strong commercial instincts and ability to identify value‑creating opportunities.
• Excellent communication, listening and follow‑through skills.
• Demonstrated people‑leadership capability, including coaching and performance management.
