About the role
Insight Enterprises, Inc. is seeking an Account Director for the United Arab Emirates to lead commercial activities with strategic enterprise clients. The senior leader will build executive‑level relationships, drive solution‑focused sales and secure long‑term transformation and managed‑services engagements across the region.
Key responsibilities
- Own and execute annual and multi‑year account plans aligned with client priorities.
- Drive revenue growth, margin expansion and pipeline development for strategic accounts.
- Maintain a strong pipeline, provide accurate forecasts and negotiate contracts in partnership with legal and delivery teams.
- Build and sustain C‑level relationships, understand client strategies and identify transformation opportunities.
- Lead integrated account teams to deliver cohesive solutions, develop proposals, pricing strategies and commercial models.
- Act as a trusted advisor and technical sounding board for client CXOs, mapping complex technical capabilities to business value.
- Design sophisticated commercial models that incorporate professional services, cloud consumption and advanced technical infrastructure integration.
Required profile
- Proven senior Account Director or Strategic Account Manager experience managing enterprise accounts in the UAE or GCC.
- Strong track record in solution selling across cloud, data or AI and in complex deal cycles.
- Relevant degree or equivalent professional experience in technology consulting, advisory services or project implementation management.
- Experience with modern data architectures and enterprise AI frameworks.
Required skills

- Knowledge of cloud, data architectures and AI frameworks.
