Account Executive – Business Process Solutions

About the role

ARIS is seeking an experienced Account Executive to drive revenue growth across the UAE. You will act as a strategic advisor to C‑level executives, using consultative, value‑based and outcome‑focused selling techniques to expand our footprint in Business Process Automation, Process Mining and GRC solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, prospect and engage new customers within the assigned territory.
• Leverage deep knowledge of BPA, Process Mining and GRC tools to present tailored value propositions.
• Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure, providing regular pipeline updates.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align solutions with client needs, covering ERP, low‑code, ITSM/CMDB, iPaaS, API management and analytics.
• Stay current on industry trends, methodologies (PDCA, TQM, Lean Six Sigma, ERM/COSO, Porter’s Value Chain, Business Model Canvas) and incorporate them into sales conversations.

Required profile

• Minimum 6 years of successful SaaS or consultancy sales experience, preferably in process consulting or enterprise software.
• Proven “new business hunter” track record.
• Fluent written and spoken English and Arabic.
• Background in business administration, economics, information systems or related field is a plus.
