Account Executive – Chinese Speaker

About the role

CAE is looking for a dynamic Account Executive to drive sales growth and build strong client relationships in Dubai. The role involves managing the full sales cycle, identifying new business opportunities, and achieving revenue targets.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic sales plans to exceed assigned quotas.
• Prospect, network, and generate leads to qualify new business opportunities.
• Build and maintain long‑lasting client relationships, understanding their needs and positioning CAE solutions.
• Deliver compelling presentations and product demonstrations to prospects and existing clients.
• Prepare proposals, negotiate contracts, and close sales deals.
• Collaborate with internal teams such as technical support and product development to ensure smooth client onboarding.
• Maintain accurate sales forecasts and activity reports using CRM software.
• Stay informed on industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments.
• Represent CAE at industry events, conferences, and trade shows.

Required profile

• Fluent in Chinese/Mandarin.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
• 1‑3 years of proven B2B sales experience, preferably in aviation, defense, or simulation.
• Track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong negotiation and closing abilities.
• Self‑motivated, results‑oriented, able to work independently and in a team.
• Willingness to travel as required.
