Account Lead – Fintech Ancillaries (Middle East, Remote)

About the role

The Account Lead will drive the success of fintech solutions with airline partners across the Middle East. Working remotely, you will shape product strategy, launch new offerings, and grow existing ancillary revenue streams while enhancing the traveler experience.

Key responsibilities

• Build and manage strategic partnerships with airline stakeholders, understanding their fintech needs and opportunities.
• Lead the development and launch of new fintech products, aligning vision with partner goals.
• Optimize and expand existing fintech solutions to maximize ancillary revenue.
• Oversee product implementations, including project management, documentation, user acceptance testing, and issue resolution.
• Leverage data and analytics to monitor performance, gather feedback, and make data‑driven improvements.
• Collaborate cross‑functionally with engineering, design, marketing, and customer success teams.
• Stay informed on fintech and travel industry trends to identify innovative opportunities.
