Account Manager – AI Security Solutions

About the role

TrendAI, the AI‑driven security division of Trend Micro, is looking for an Account Manager to expand its presence in the UAE. You will work closely with technical, channel partner and marketing teams to build trusted relationships with senior customer representatives and drive adoption of AI‑powered security solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and proactively target new prospects and existing clients to increase market share in the Abu Dhabi territory.
• Collaborate with pre‑sales, marketing and sales leadership to craft and deliver value propositions to CIOs, CISOs and channel partners.
• Achieve quarterly revenue targets and contribute to regional sales performance.
• Develop and nurture relationships with ecosystem partners such as AWS, Microsoft, VMware and Google Cloud.
• Document all account activities in Salesforce for accurate forecasting and planning.
• Provide consultative guidance on cybersecurity initiatives from demo through post‑implementation support.

Required profile

• Proven experience in enterprise sales or account management, preferably in cybersecurity or technology.
• Strong understanding of the UAE market and ability to engage senior IT leadership.
• Track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
