Account Manager – AI Security Solutions

About the role

TrendAI, the global AI security leader, is looking for an Account Manager to proactively build new client relationships and grow the assigned territory in Dubai. You will work closely with technical, channel partner and marketing teams to deliver AI‑driven security solutions and achieve revenue targets.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and proactively target prospects and existing clients to drive adoption of Trend Micro technologies and services.
• Develop market strategies for each product and service within the assigned territory, collaborating with technical, channel partner and marketing teams.
• Maintain and grow relationships with senior customer representatives such as CIOs and CISOs.
• Achieve quarterly revenue targets and contribute to regional sales performance.
• Document account information in Salesforce for accurate forecasting and planning.

Required profile

• Minimum 6 years of sales experience, preferably in the security industry.
• Proven account management experience in the commercial sector with a growth‑oriented mindset.
• Ability to work collaboratively across technical, marketing and channel functions.
• Experience engaging senior executives and presenting complex technology solutions in business terms.

Required skills

• Knowledge of security frameworks such as Zero Trust, SASE, UEBA and XDR.
• Familiarity with security platforms including SIEM and SOAR.
• Experience with cloud and technology partners AWS, Microsoft, VMware and Google Cloud.
• Proficiency in using Salesforce for account and opportunity management.
