Account Manager – Aviation Partner Solutions

About the role

Transguard Group is seeking an Account Manager to join its Aviation team in Dubai. The role focuses on maintaining and growing revenue across client contracts while building strategic partnerships within the aviation sector.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain, retain, enhance, and grow revenue for assigned aviation accounts.
• Act as the primary liaison between the client and internal Operations, Finance, Payroll, Recruitment, Transport, Accommodation, and HR services.
• Develop business growth by identifying new opportunities and understanding contract commercial terms.
• Prepare quarterly financial reports, monitor billable vs. non‑billable staff, and ensure accurate monthly billing and invoice collection.
• Manage client relationships through regular meetings, site visits, and proactive planning for future demand fluctuations.
• Monitor service delivery against SLA/KPI targets and address any contract variations with the Divisional Manager.
• Oversee team processes to ensure efficiency, compliance with SOPs, and effective employee lifecycle management.

Required profile

• Proven experience in account management, preferably within aviation or related services.
• Strong financial acumen with ability to analyse contract performance and billing.
• Excellent client‑facing skills, capable of conducting meetings and site visits.
• Ability to coordinate cross‑functional internal stakeholders to meet client requirements.
• Results‑oriented mindset with a focus on revenue growth and service quality.
