Account Manager – B2B Professional Services (Accounting, Tax, Audit)

About the role

Single point of contact for a B2B client portfolio spanning law firms, clinics, consultancies, real estate, IT firms, F&B, foreign branches and startups, plus specialist HNWI, QFZP and tax‑health‑check engagements. You will own the relationship end‑to‑end, coordinating delivery across accounting, tax, back‑office and payroll and stepping in when speed is needed.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the named contact for a diverse portfolio and explain each client’s tax and compliance position in plain terms.
• Run regular account reviews, proactively flag risk and monitor account health to prevent churn.
• Coordinate across accounting, tax, back‑office and payroll teams to keep delivery on schedule.
• Track internal time bookings, flag scope or capacity issues early, and maintain an auditable trail of client commitments.
• Own first‑line escalation for service issues, coordinate resolution with technical teams and close the loop in writing.
• Identify natural moments to introduce additional relevant services, such as upcoming QFZP health checks.

Required profile

• 3–5 years UAE experience in account management, client services or customer success within a B2B professional‑services environment.
• Proven ownership of multiple concurrent B2B accounts and comfortable being the client’s escalation point.
• Strong written follow‑up discipline with commitments tracked and closed out in writing.
• Working knowledge of UAE corporate tax/VAT concepts (including QFZP status) for credible client conversations.
• Ability to adapt communication across very different client types in a single day.
• Prior exposure to free‑zone, professional‑services, or HNWI‑adjacent client bases.
