Account Manager – Chinese Language

About the role

ARRISE is seeking a bilingual Account Manager to oversee a portfolio of Chinese‑speaking clients within the fast‑growing iGaming sector. You will act as the primary liaison, ensuring smooth onboarding, integration, and long‑term partnership success.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the main point of contact for assigned Chinese‑language clients.
• Guide clients through onboarding, product launches, and integrations.
• Collaborate with internal teams to deliver timely solutions and meet client expectations.
• Collect, organize, and share promotional offers from providers.
• Identify and pursue upselling and cross‑selling opportunities.
• Provide regular KPI updates and performance reports.
• Monitor iGaming market trends and advise clients on relevant opportunities.
• Resolve client issues promptly to maintain high service standards.
• Represent ARRISE at industry events and client meetings as needed.

Required profile

• 1–2 years of experience in Account Management, Business Development, or Customer Success within the iGaming industry.
• Proven track record of building and growing client relationships.
• Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Commercially minded with a focus on revenue growth.
