Account Manager – Consumer Brands

About the role

LPS, an award‑winning creative, social media and digital agency in the UAE, is seeking an experienced Account Manager to lead consumer beauty, perfume and cosmetics brands. The role combines client servicing, creative oversight and social‑media strategy to deliver integrated campaigns that build strong brand equity.

Key responsibilities

• Own end‑to‑end account management for key consumer‑brand clients, ensuring retention and growth.
• Develop and execute 360° digital and social‑media campaigns, coordinating creative, production and technology teams.
• Lead big‑ticket productions, manage timelines, budgets and deliverables across multiple platforms.
• Pitch new business opportunities and contribute to agency revenue targets.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to generate real‑time social content and respond to market trends.
• Maintain strong client relationships, act as the primary point of contact and provide strategic counsel.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of agency experience in the UAE/Middle East, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
• Proven track record in digital and social‑media campaigns for beauty, perfume or cosmetics brands.
• Demonstrated ability to lead teams, win pitches and manage high‑stakes accounts.
• Highly organized, analytical and comfortable working in a fast‑paced, startup‑like environment.
• Willingness to work flexible hours and travel to KSA when required.
