Account Manager – Cybersecurity Product Sales

About the role
Netwrix is looking for a dynamic, results‑driven Account Manager to lead sales of its data security, compliance, and access‑governance solutions. The role focuses on expanding existing relationships while prospecting new customers across on‑premises, cloud, and hybrid environments.
Key responsibilities
- Manage and grow existing accounts, ensuring adoption and renewal of Netwrix solutions.
- Identify and secure new business opportunities to increase net‑new customer acquisitions.
- Build strategic relationships with CISOs, CIOs, IT security teams, and compliance officers.
- Develop and execute a territory plan that aligns Netwrix capabilities with customer pain points.
- Lead negotiations on pricing, contracts, and product positioning.
- Collaborate with pre‑sales engineers, marketing, and product teams to meet customer requirements.
- Stay updated on industry trends, data security regulations, and competitive offerings.
- Maintain accurate pipeline forecasts and sales performance reports in Salesforce.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in business, IT, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- 3+ years of enterprise sales experience in cybersecurity or IT security solutions.
- Proven track record of managing complex sales cycles and achieving revenue targets.
- Strong negotiation and relationship‑building skills with senior security and compliance stakeholders.
