Account Manager – Digital Marketing

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Account Manager to lead client relationships for our digital marketing services. The role is remote, but the candidate must be based in or willing to work from Dubai, and will act as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of accounts.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of 20+ client accounts, ensuring timely delivery of SEO, PPC, social media and paid advertising campaigns.
• Build and maintain long‑term relationships, conducting regular meetings, performance reviews and providing strategic recommendations.
• Coordinate with internal SEO, PPC, social, content and other delivery teams to align on client goals and timelines.
• Monitor account performance, identify upselling opportunities and drive account growth.
• Handle client inquiries, resolve issues proactively and keep accurate records of actions and follow‑ups.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of account management or client success experience in a digital marketing agency.
• Proven ability to manage 20+ accounts simultaneously in a fast‑paced environment.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
• Based in Dubai or willing to relocate.
