Account Manager – Dubai

About the role

The Account Manager will drive promotion of Mindware’s products and services across Dubai, building strong partnerships with existing and potential clients. You will be responsible for expanding sales volume, executing marketing programs, and ensuring long‑term revenue growth.

Key responsibilities

• Define and implement product/service strategy and roadmap in line with management objectives.
• Lead partner relationships and align them with company strategy.
• Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing channels/clients to grow sales in the assigned territory.
• Build a solid channel/customer database, analyse data and develop metrics for loyalty and opportunity identification.
• Conduct market research and on‑site visits to specify market requirements for current and future offerings.
• Manage the full sales cycle from quotation to collection, including credit tracking and payment resolution.
• Generate long‑term revenue and profitability for the entire product/service line.
• Prepare accurate sales forecasts and market development reports.
• Oversee targeted marketing programs, monitor progress and provide recommendations.
• Promote the company and its services throughout the region.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales or a related field.
• Mandatory UAE work experience.
• 5 to 7 years of relevant sales/account management experience.
