Account Manager

About the role

The Account Manager will drive the promotion of Midis Group’s products and services across Dubai, building strong partnerships with both existing and potential clients. The role focuses on expanding sales volume, executing marketing programmes, and delivering long‑term revenue growth.

Key responsibilities

• Define and implement the strategy and roadmap for assigned product lines in line with senior management.
• Lead partner relationships, ensuring alignment with company objectives.
• Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing channels and clients to grow sales in the territory.
• Build a comprehensive channel/customer database, analyse data and create metrics to evaluate loyalty and identify opportunities.
• Conduct market research and on‑site visits to specify market requirements for current and future offerings.
• Manage the full sales cycle from quotation to collection, including credit tracking and payment resolution.
• Generate sales forecasts and market development reports that support business goals.
• Oversee targeted marketing programmes, monitor progress and provide recommendations.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales or a related field.
• Mandatory experience working in the UAE market.
• 5 to 7 years of relevant sales or account management experience.
