Account Manager

About the role

The Account Manager will drive promotion of the company’s products and services through a defined strategy and strong partnerships. This role focuses on optimizing sales volumes and championing marketing programs across the assigned territory.

Key responsibilities

• Define and implement strategy and roadmap for the assigned product/service line in line with management goals.
• Lead partner relationships and align them with company strategy.
• Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing channels/clients to expand sales.
• Build and maintain a solid channel/customer database, analyze data and develop metrics for loyalty and opportunities.
• Conduct market research and on‑site visits to specify market requirements for current and future offerings.
• Execute the full sales cycle from quotation to collection, tracking credit and payment performance.
• Generate long‑term revenue and profitability for the entire product/service line.
• Provide accurate sales forecasts and market development reports.
• Oversee targeted programs and marketing activities, monitoring progress and recommending adjustments.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales or a related field.
• 8–10 years of hands‑on experience selling Microsoft solutions across the Microsoft portfolio.
• Strong network and established relationships with SMC and enterprise clients in Dubai and the Northern Emirates.
