Account Manager

About the role

The Account Manager will drive both sell‑in and sell‑out of ASUS products across direct retail and channel partners in Dubai. You will be responsible for expanding product depth with existing accounts and widening market reach while ensuring customer loyalty and revenue growth.

Key responsibilities

• Manage sell‑in and sell‑out of ASUS products, increasing product depth with direct retail accounts and breadth in the channel market.
• Understand customer buying criteria and position ASUS solutions to achieve loyalty and revenue growth.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
• Plan and execute sell‑in/sell‑out strategies and conduct weekly business reviews with the BDM.
• Collaborate with BDM and CPM to shape country‑wide business strategy.
• Deliver sales and product training to retail and channel partners.
• Collect competitor information and market trends, reporting to management.
• Conduct weekly customer and retail store visits with clear agendas and action plans.
• Coordinate marketing activities with assigned customers together with the Marketing team.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
• Strong command of spoken and written English.
• Experience and knowledge of the local IT market (preferred).
• Self‑motivated team player willing to take initiative on new assignments.
• Creative, flexible and innovative mindset.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint.
