Account Manager – Korean Language

About the role

We are looking for an Account Manager fluent in Korean to manage a portfolio of iGaming clients in Dubai. You will act as the main point of contact, ensuring client satisfaction, smooth integrations and long‑term partnership growth.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as primary liaison for assigned Korean‑speaking clients.
• Guide clients through onboarding, integrations and product launches.
• Coordinate with internal teams to deliver timely solutions.
• Collect and share promotional offers from providers.
• Identify upselling and cross‑selling opportunities.
• Provide regular KPI updates and reports.
• Monitor iGaming market trends and advise clients.
• Resolve client issues promptly to maintain service excellence.
• Participate in industry events and client meetings as needed.

Required profile

• 1–2 years of experience in Account Management, Business Development or Customer Success within the iGaming sector.
• Proven track record of building client relationships and driving account growth.
• Strong interpersonal, negotiation and communication skills.
• Commercially minded with a focus on revenue generation.
• Fluency in Korean and English.
