About the role
We are looking for an Account Manager – Partner Success & Sales to work directly with used‑car dealers across the UAE. The role focuses on understanding partner needs, promoting financing, insurance and evaluation services, and driving revenue growth through strong relationships.
Key responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of automotive partners, ensuring regular engagement and relationship building.
- Identify and pitch financing, insurance, and car‑evaluation services to existing partners to increase adoption.
- Design customized service bundles that align with partner workflows and improve their operations.
- Monitor partner performance, analyse trends and take proactive actions to optimise outcomes.
- Onboard new partners, provide training on the platform and support ongoing usage.
- Collaborate with sales, operations, product and customer support teams to deliver a seamless partner experience.
Required profile
- Minimum secondary education.
- 2‑5 years of experience in sales, account management or business development, preferably in automotive, fintech, SaaS or insurance.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a proven ability to build B2B relationships.
- Excellent verbal communication in English and Arabic.
- Results‑driven mindset with comfort working in a target‑oriented environment.
- Self‑motivated, organised and able to work independently.

- Experience using CRM software.
