Account Manager – Small Appliances

About the role

As an Account Manager at Noon, you will own the small appliances category end‑to‑end, driving selection, availability, growth and the overall customer experience. You will build strong vendor relationships, leverage data insights and collaborate across functions to achieve commercial success.

Key responsibilities

• Drive category expansion, improve selection discoverability and deliver topline growth through data‑driven strategies.
• Manage inventory and replenishment to keep products in stock while optimizing supply‑chain efficiency.
• Develop campaigns, promotions and merchandising tactics to increase traffic and boost conversion rates.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for key brands, building partnerships and aligning joint business plans.
• Monitor performance metrics, conduct competitive benchmarking and provide actionable insights to improve key KPIs.
• Partner with internal teams in operations, finance and technology to enhance processes and tools that support growth.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Economics or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in account management, category management or e‑commerce.
• Strong analytical, communication and negotiation skills.
