Account Technology Apprentice – Tomoh Program

About the role

The Account Technology Apprentice will join Microsoft’s Tomoh Apprenticeship, a six‑month paid program designed to accelerate Emirati talent into the technology sector. You will act as a trusted technology advisor, helping clients understand and adopt Microsoft solutions while gaining hands‑on experience across the full sales and delivery lifecycle.

Key responsibilities

• Provide technology guidance to clients and map business scenarios to Microsoft solutions.
• Drive conversations with technical and business decision‑makers to generate demand and identify new opportunities.
• Collaborate with internal Microsoft resources to orchestrate client engagements.
• Participate in a structured onboarding and skilling bootcamp, earning Microsoft technical certifications.
• Complete on‑the‑job training assignments, shadow senior staff and contribute to real client projects.

Required profile

• Recent graduate or final‑year student with a strong interest in technology and digital transformation.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with diverse stakeholders.
• Motivation to learn, adapt quickly and work in a fast‑paced, collaborative environment.
