Accountant & Administration Executive

About the role

We are looking for an Accountant & Administration Executive to oversee accounting, commercial documentation, invoicing, and general administrative tasks for our international trading operations. The role supports day‑to‑day financial activities and ensures compliance with company procedures.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain accurate accounting records and process all financial transactions.
• Manage accounts receivable and payable, including collections and payment scheduling.
• Prepare and issue customer invoices, reconcile payments, and verify supplier invoices.
• Perform bank reconciliations and monitor cash‑flow.
• Organise contracts, purchase orders, and commercial documents; track obligations and deadlines.
• Liaise with customers, suppliers, banks, auditors, and service providers.
• Assist with monthly financial reporting and audit requirements.
• Provide general administrative support to management and other departments.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce or related field.
• 2–5 years of accounting experience, preferably in trading, import/export or commodity trading.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting.
• Excellent organisational and communication skills.
• Experience with international trading documentation and commercial contracts.
