Accountant Administrator

About the role

The Accountant Administrator will support Twyst Design Services LLC by managing financial records, streamlining accounting processes, and providing administrative assistance across the company. This role combines detailed accounting work with organisational tasks to ensure smooth financial operations.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare monthly project completion lists, revenue‑stream performance sheets, cash‑flow reports, quarterly income statements and balance sheets.
• Conduct weekly bank reconciliations, manage accounts receivable/payable aging reports, and clear invoices via Dropbox.
• Maintain and organise all financial documents in Zoho, including invoices, purchase orders, bills and expense logs.
• Update petty‑cash, supplier and bank sheets, and ensure all supplier invoices are correctly filed.
• Support admin duties such as preparing presentations, tracking renewals of licences, subscriptions and contracts, and assisting with HR tasks like job posting and leave coordination.

Required profile

• Strong organisational ability to manage files, invoices and quotations independently.
• Analytical mindset to interpret financial data, identify trends and alert to cash‑flow issues.
• Team‑player willing to assist across accounting and administrative functions.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Zoho accounting system.
• Experience using Dropbox for document management.
