Accountant – Cloud Accounting & Client Support

About the role

We are seeking an Accountant to manage day‑to‑day finance, administration and client bookkeeping while supporting the use of cloud accounting solutions. The role combines traditional accounting tasks with software assistance for a range of clients.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain daily accounting records, prepare invoices, purchase bills, receipts, payment vouchers and journal entries.
• Reconcile bank, customer, supplier and cash accounts; support accounts receivable and payable.
• Assist with payroll preparation, expense processing and monthly financial reporting.
• Support VAT and UAE Corporate Tax compliance, petty‑cash management and audit activities.
• Handle client bookkeeping: record transactions, perform monthly reconciliations, prepare financial reports and assist with VAT returns.
• Provide software support for Zoho Books, Zoho Inventory, Zoho CRM, QuickBooks, Tally and similar ERP systems, including setup, data migration and user training.
• Perform general administrative duties such as correspondence, filing, office‑supply coordination and document management.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce or related field.
• Professional qualifications (ACCA, CMA, CPA, CA Inter) are an advantage.
• 2–5 years of accounting or bookkeeping experience, preferably with cloud accounting software.
• UAE accounting experience is a plus.
