Accountant cum Admin – Full‑time

About the role

Infinity Fitness Club is seeking an experienced Accountant cum Admin to manage day‑to‑day accounting, VAT and corporate tax compliance, quotations, invoicing and general office administration. The role requires solid knowledge of UAE tax regulations and strong organisational abilities to support the finance team and keep office operations running smoothly.

Key responsibilities

• Process daily accounting transactions, maintain accurate financial records and manage accounts payable/receivable.
• Prepare invoices, receipts, payment vouchers, credit notes and handle petty cash.
• Perform bank reconciliations and monitor customer and supplier balances.
• Assist with month‑end closing, financial reporting and payroll calculations.
• Maintain VAT‑compliant accounting records, prepare VAT returns and ensure correct VAT application on all documents.
• Support UAE Corporate Tax accounting and compliance activities.
• Prepare and issue quotations, sales invoices, purchase orders and other commercial documents.
• Handle routine administrative tasks, maintain company files and coordinate with suppliers and customers.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Accounting, Finance or a related field.
• 2–4 years of relevant accounting experience, preferably in the UAE.
• Strong knowledge of UAE VAT (mandatory) and working knowledge of UAE Corporate Tax.
• Excellent attention to detail, English communication skills and ability to meet deadlines.
• Residency in the UAE is preferred.
