Accountant – Dubai Office

About the role

Bestax Chartered Accountants is seeking a detail‑oriented Accountant to join its Dubai office. You will support a diverse client base with bookkeeping, tax compliance and financial reporting, while working closely with senior consultants.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and file VAT returns and corporate tax returns for local and international clients.
• Provide strategic tax planning and advice, including cross‑border considerations.
• Liaise with tax authorities, manage audits and resolve tax disputes.
• Maintain accurate financial records and produce financial statements and reports.
• Advise clients on tax implications of business decisions and stay current with tax legislation.
• Collaborate with team members to deliver integrated client solutions.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field.
• ACCA or equivalent professional qualification.
• 4‑5 years of experience in accounting and tax, with strong VAT and corporate tax exposure.
• Proven track record managing finances for clients across multiple industries and regions.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation abilities.
• Analytical thinker with strong problem‑solving skills.
• Experience in international taxation and multilingual capabilities.
