About the role
We are looking for a motivated and detail‑oriented Accountant to join our team in Dubai. The successful candidate will support daily financial operations, ensure accurate record‑keeping, and help maintain compliance with UAE tax regulations.
Key responsibilities
- Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Perform bank and supplier reconciliations.
- Prepare client invoices, statements of account and follow up on payments.
- Support payroll processing and WPS‑related activities.
- Assist with basic project/job costing and management reporting.
- Maintain accurate accounting records and financial documentation.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or Commerce.
- 1–3 years of accounting experience in the UAE.
- Good working knowledge of UAE VAT and Corporate Tax.
- Experience in FM, MEP, Maintenance or Contracting is preferred.
Required skills
- Proficiency in Tally Prime.
- Advanced MS Excel skills.
- Knowledge of Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR).
- Bank and supplier reconciliation.
- Payroll and WPS processes.
- Project costing and financial reporting.
