Accountant – Financial Operations

About the role

Tawtheeq Property Registration Trustee is seeking an experienced, commercially‑mindset Accountant to own the full spectrum of financial operations for its trustee office in Dubai. The role goes beyond routine bookkeeping, requiring proactive analysis of the company’s financial health and support for strategic decisions.

Key responsibilities

• Manage day‑to‑day accounting activities, including transaction processing on the Noqodi payment portal and reconciliation with bank statements and the general ledger.
• Prepare, review, and file VAT returns in line with UAE Federal Tax Authority regulations.
• Compute and file Corporate Income Tax (CIT) and ensure related compliance.
• Maintain accurate books, ledgers, and financial records according to UAE regulatory standards.
• Process monthly payroll, adhering to UAE labor and WPS requirements.
• Handle accounts payable and receivable, invoicing, and vendor/client account management.
• Monitor expenses, track consumables against budget, and identify cost‑saving opportunities.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and management reports for the owner.
• Manage cash flow, petty cash, and bank reconciliations.
• Liaise with external auditors, tax consultants, banks, and government authorities.

Required profile

• Proven experience as an Accountant in a UAE‑based organization, preferably within real‑estate or government‑linked services.
• Strong commercial awareness with the ability to identify revenue‑enhancing and cost‑reducing initiatives.
• Detail‑oriented, self‑motivated, and capable of working independently.
