About the role

Becon UAE is seeking a skilled and dependable Accountant to manage compliance requirements, maintain accurate financial records, and support business operations. The role is suited to a finance professional with UAE accounting experience and strong knowledge of VAT, corporate tax, payroll, budgeting, cash flow, and financial reporting.

Key responsibilities

• Manage UAE VAT, corporate tax, and payroll processes in compliance with local regulations.
• Prepare budgets and monitor cash flow.
• Maintain accurate financial reports and records.
• Communicate professionally with clients about financial and compliance matters.
• Review expenses and recommend cost‑saving measures.
• Provide management with reliable financial analysis and practical recommendations.

Required profile

• UAE experience in accounting, VAT, corporate tax, payroll, and finance management.
• Strong understanding of budgeting, cash‑flow management, and financial reporting.
• Excellent communication and client‑relationship skills.
• Detail‑Oriented, organized, and proactive approach.
• Ability to analyze expenses and recommend practical cost‑control measures.
• Knowledge of UAE VAT and corporate tax regulations, payroll processing, financial reporting, budgeting, cash‑flow management, and accounting principles.
