Accounts Executive – TxBOT

About the role

Al-Futtaim is looking for an experienced finance professional to join its Finance Shared Service Center as an Accounts Executive – TxBOT. The role supports the Tax Back‑Office on both direct and indirect tax matters, ensuring accurate reporting and compliance across multiple regions.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare monthly contract reporting for various regions and submit to governing bodies.
• Maintain regulatory compliance by updating tax calendars and trackers for timely filing.
• Support tax provision tracking and manage tax balances on the general ledger.
• Collect and centralise tax documents, handling information requests.
• Coordinate with the Tax Manager during tax audits.
• Identify and report automation issues, supporting process streamlining.
• Prepare ad‑hoc tax reports as requested by management.
• Liaise with managers and stakeholders to ensure collaboration on critical topics.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of solutions and business processes.

Required profile

• Degree in Tax, Finance or a related field; regional tax knowledge is a plus.
• 1‑3 years of GCC tax experience.
• 1‑2 years in an international finance environment.

Required skills

• Strong accounting knowledge.
• Project management capabilities.
• Proficiency in SAP (preferred).
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
• Excellent analysis and troubleshooting abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple projects with solid organizational and time‑management skills.
