Accounts Payable Officer – Ras Al Khaimah Resort

About the role

We are looking for an Accounts Payable professional to join our finance team at Anantara Mina Al Arab Ras Al Khaimah Resort. The role involves processing invoices, managing payments and supporting supplier relationships in a luxury hospitality environment.

Key responsibilities

• Collect and process all invoices for payment after obtaining the required purchase orders and authorizations.
• Prepare payment listings as scheduled and ensure payments are approved before processing.
• Perform monthly supplier reconciliations and maintain accurate accrual registers for period‑end closing.
• Maintain an effective filing and reference system for the finance department and arrange credit facilities with suppliers as needed.
• Meet all reporting obligations on time and undertake related duties or special projects as assigned.

Required profile

• 1–3 years of experience in accounts payable, accounting or finance.
• Understanding of invoices, purchase orders, payment processing, reconciliations, accruals and general ledger entries.
• Strong numerical skills, integrity and ability to manage deadlines and multiple priorities.

Required skills

• Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel, including formulas, sorting/filtering, PivotTables and look‑ups.
• Ability to accurately process large volumes of invoices and identify discrepancies.
