Accounts Receivable Manager

About the role

Dubai Holding Land Estates is seeking an experienced Accounts Receivable Manager to lead the end‑to‑end AR process for its extensive land portfolio. The role will ensure timely invoicing, collection, and accurate month‑end and year‑end closing while supporting compliance with local regulations and internal standards.

Key responsibilities

• Lead processing of invoices and timely collection of payments, coordinating with internal and external stakeholders.
• Oversee month‑end and year‑end closing, ensuring all billings and journal entries are posted accurately.
• Scrutinize AR balances, prepare monthly reconciliation statements, and clear outstanding items promptly.
• Manage financial year‑end and ad‑hoc audit activities, providing required information for internal and external audits.
• Develop, implement and monitor Service Level Agreements (SLAs) for AR transaction processing.
• Prepare monthly management dashboards, statistical reports, forecasts, AML treasury reports and RERA escrow audits.
• Implement operational efficiencies and control measures for invoicing and collection procedures, staying updated on legislative changes.
• Review balance‑sheet schedules, reconcile cash collections to the general ledger, and produce ageing reports and provisions.

Required profile

• Minimum of 48 months (4 years) of experience in accounts receivable or related finance functions.
• Proven ability to lead AR teams and manage audit and compliance activities.
• Strong analytical skills with attention to detail in reconciliations and reporting.
