AC/HVAC Technician – Full‑time in Dubai

About the role

M&H Technical Services LLC is looking for an experienced AC/HVAC Technician to join its team in Dubai. The role involves installing, servicing and maintaining air‑conditioning systems for residential and commercial projects while ensuring safety and high customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Perform installation, servicing and routine maintenance of AC/HVAC systems.
• Diagnose faults, carry out repairs and restore system performance.
• Conduct preventive maintenance to guarantee equipment reliability.
• Inspect air‑conditioning units, identify technical issues and ensure compliance with safety standards.
• Maintain accurate service records and report completed work.
• Coordinate with the technical team to deliver timely maintenance services.

Required profile

• Diploma, ITI, Trade Certificate or equivalent in HVAC, Air Conditioning or Mechanical Engineering.
• 3–5 years of hands‑on AC/HVAC maintenance and troubleshooting experience.
• Valid UAE driving licence and ability to work independently or as part of a team.
• Availability to join immediately or on short notice.
