Admin Executive

About the role

The Luxridge is seeking a proactive Admin Executive to support its construction projects in Dubai. The role combines office administration with on‑site coordination, ensuring smooth daily operations for project teams and external partners.

Key responsibilities

• Manage daily office and site administrative operations across multiple project locations.
• Coordinate with project sites, internal departments, and external stakeholders.
• Maintain accurate employee, project, and administrative records.
• Handle office supplies, documentation, correspondence, and logistics.
• Provide administrative support to management and project teams.
• Arrange staff accommodation, transportation, and other employee‑related logistics.
• Ensure efficient administrative processes throughout the organization.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of relevant experience in the construction or contracting industry.
• Previous experience working in the UAE is preferred.
• Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking abilities.
• Ability to coordinate with multiple teams and manage priorities effectively.
• Currently available in the UAE.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
