Admin Executive – Real Estate Operations

About the role

We are seeking a proactive Admin Executive to support our real‑estate sister company in Dubai. The role combines front‑desk duties, CRM and lead management, property listing administration, compliance, and overall office coordination.

Key responsibilities

• Manage reception, incoming calls, emails and walk‑in client interactions.
• Maintain the Propspace CRM database, allocate leads from Property Finder, Bayut, Dubizzle, phone, email and WhatsApp, and monitor response times.
• Prepare and upload property listings (Form A, Form I) across major portals, ensuring optimal visibility and compliance.
• Handle sales and rental documentation, including Forms A, B, F and tenancy contracts, and support after‑sales paperwork.
• Coordinate regulatory matters such as Trakheesi permits, BRN/ORN usage and Dubai Land Department compliance.
• Produce regular sales and rental availability reports.
• Provide general office support, including supply procurement, account setup for new hires and assistance during property viewings.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Business Administration or a related field.
• Previous administrative experience within the UAE real‑estate sector.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Propspace CRM.
• Experience using property portals such as Property Finder, Bayut and Dubizzle.
