About the role

Barza Landscaping LLC is looking for an organized and proactive Admin / HR professional to support its operations in Abu Dhabi. The role oversees office administration, personnel documentation and daily HR processes to ensure smooth business workflows.

Key responsibilities

• Manage recruitment, onboarding, off‑boarding and maintain employee documentation.
• Track attendance, timesheets, leave balances and provide preliminary payroll support.
• Coordinate work permits, visa processing, health insurance and HR transactions together with the company PRO.
• Maintain complete employee records, legal contracts, licenses and renewal calendars.
• Draft official HR correspondence, administrative reports, meeting minutes and internal communications.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field.
• Prior experience in UAE HR and office administration preferred.
• Strong written and spoken English, multitasking ability and discretion with confidential data.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Proficiency in Google Workspace.
• Experience with digital record‑management platforms.
