Administrative & Accounting Officer

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Administrative & Accounting Officer to support operations in Dubai and Italy. The role combines accounting, compliance and administrative duties, requiring fluency in Italian and English.

Key responsibilities

• Manage day‑to‑day accounting for UAE and Italy, including invoicing, payments, bank reconciliations and financial reporting.
• Coordinate with external accountants, auditors, consultants and government authorities to ensure compliance.
• Maintain company records, financial files and administrative documentation.
• Facilitate communication between the Dubai office and the Italian headquarters via email and phone.
• Assist management with financial planning, reporting and administrative follow‑up.
• Track orders, invoices and payments, following up as needed.

Required profile

• Proven experience in accounting and administration, preferably with companies operating between Italy and the UAE.
• Strong knowledge of Italian accounting standards and European regulations.
• Good understanding of UAE accounting, VAT and Free Zone corporate compliance.
• Native‑level Italian and fluent English, both written and spoken.
• Ability to work independently with strong organisational skills and attention to detail.

Required skills

• QuickBooks, SAP or Xero (or similar accounting software).
• Advanced Microsoft Excel.
