Administrative Assistant

About the role

The Administrative Assistant will support our guest‑service operations in Abu Dhabi, ensuring a seamless experience from check‑in to checkout. You will act as the first point of contact for guests and coordinate with internal teams to maintain high‑quality service.

Key responsibilities

• Ensure timely delivery of check‑in, laundry, and cleaning services.
• Communicate with guests before, during, and after their stay via phone and email.
• Handle front‑desk duties, answer calls, and manage rental leads for our apartments.
• Schedule and coordinate check‑ins in collaboration with building security.
• Assist the finance team with DTCM reconciliation.

Required profile

• Fluent English speaker with strong verbal and written communication.
• Excellent multitasking ability and composure under pressure.
• Team‑player comfortable working with cross‑cultural colleagues.
• Interest in startups and the sharing‑economy sector.
• Experience in holiday‑home or hotel reception is a plus.
• Arabic language skills are an advantage.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel.
• Effective email communication.
• Familiarity with online booking platforms such as Airbnb, HomeAway, or Booking.com.
