About the role
As an Administrative Executive within Al-Futtaim Retail’s electronics division in Dubai, you will support the sales and category teams by preparing reports, managing filing systems, and creating presentations. The role requires strong communication skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office tools.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare regular reports and maintain organized filing systems.
- Design PowerPoint presentations and layout materials for the Sales/Category team.
- Create Excel templates, pivot tables, charts, and automate document generation.
- Maintain contact lists and support office management procedures.
- Communicate ideas effectively in written and verbal form.
- Apply decision‑making, critical thinking and research analysis to solve problems.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree.
- 6‑12 months of relevant administrative experience.
- Strong organizational abilities and the capacity to multitask.
- Ability to work independently and solve problems.
- Good cultural fit with Al-Futtaim and interest in the retail sector.
- Fluency in English; Arabic is an advantage.
Required skills
- Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Advanced Excel skills, including pivot tables and chart creation.
- PowerPoint design and layout capabilities.
