Ads & Campaign Manager – Paid Media Specialist

About the role

We are seeking a highly experienced Ads & Campaign Manager to lead paid media initiatives for our Dubai office. The role focuses on planning, executing and optimizing high‑budget campaigns across Meta and Google platforms to generate quality leads for our fintech services.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, launch and continuously optimise paid advertising campaigns on Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads.
• Define campaign strategy, budgeting, audience targeting and testing frameworks.
• Monitor performance metrics, conduct A/B tests on creatives, audiences and structures, and adjust tactics to improve ROI and lead quality.
• Analyse data, produce actionable insights and report results to stakeholders.
• Collaborate with creative and marketing teams to align ad copy, visuals and overall strategy.
• Stay up‑to‑date with industry trends, platform policies and best practices.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience in digital advertising, paid media or performance marketing.
• Proven track record managing large budgets and achieving performance targets.
• Strong analytical mindset with ability to interpret data and make strategic decisions.
• Experience in high‑performance sectors such as crypto, forex, iGaming or fintech is highly preferred.
• Ability to work independently in a fast‑paced environment.
