Advanced Lead Engineer - Fleet Management

About the role

Support of installed base including activities such as customer issue resolution, fleet issues, service bulletin implementation, monitoring & diagnostics, fleet configuration, and maintenance of fleet data and outage management. The role includes direct people management responsibility for staffing and performance development.

Key responsibilities

• Resolve customer and fleet issues, implement service bulletins, and monitor diagnostics.
• Maintain fleet data, manage outages, and oversee fleet configuration.
• Lead small low‑risk projects and act as a resource for less‑experienced colleagues.
• Communicate performance expectations and handle sensitive issues.

Required profile

• Advanced experience in engineering/technology and fleet management.
• Knowledge comparable to a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Strong oral and written communication skills and ability to analyze and resolve problems.
• Project management experience and ability to document, plan, market, and execute programs.

Required skills

• Technical discipline expertise in aerospace fleet management.
• Analytical thinking and use of internal and limited external sources for decision‑making.
