Advanced NDT PAUT/TOFD Technician (PCN Certified)

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Advanced NDT Technician to join our inspection team in Abu Dhabi. The role focuses on performing and interpreting a range of non‑destructive testing methods for tubes, tanks and other critical assets in the oilfield sector.

Key responsibilities

• Perform tube and tank inspections and interpret IRIS, RFT, ECT, MFL and SECT results.
• Carry out PAUT (Phased Array Ultrasonic Testing) and TOFD (Time of Flight Diffraction) inspections and interpret the data.
• Execute Magnetic Particle Inspection (MPI) and Liquid Penetrant Inspection (LPI) when qualified.
• Conduct Ultrasonic Testing (UT) and visual inspections according to approved procedures.
• Interpret relevant industrial codes, standards and specifications to assess acceptability.
• Document inspection results, prepare detailed reports and ensure proper housekeeping.
• Clean parts and materials before and after inspections.

Required profile

• Minimum 4‑5 years of experience as a PCN‑certified PAUT/TOFD technician.
• Proficient with NDT equipment and both manual and computerized reporting.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
