Advisor – Business Development & Operational Excellence

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Advisor to support a leading healthcare organization in Dubai. Reporting directly to the COO and Clinical Operations leadership, you will influence strategic decisions in business development, healthcare analytics and operational performance.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse market trends and service gaps to pinpoint growth opportunities.
• Evaluate business cases, expansion proposals and strategic partnership opportunities.
• Transform operational and clinical data into executive‑level insights and actionable recommendations.
• Lead operational excellence initiatives that enhance efficiency and patient experience.
• Support executive governance forums and prepare strategic reports.

Required profile

• Master’s degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, Health Informatics, Data Analytics, Operations Management or a related field (Doctorate a plus).
• 15+ years of progressive experience in healthcare business development, analytics, strategy or performance improvement.
• 2–3 years of experience supporting senior executive leadership in large healthcare organisations.
• Strong analytical, financial and stakeholder‑management capabilities.
