Aesthetic Nurse Therapist

About the role

We are looking for a DHA‑licensed Registered Nurse to join our doctor‑led aesthetic clinic in Jumeirah 1, Dubai. The Aesthetic Nurse Therapist will deliver advanced face and body treatments while providing a highly personalised patient experience in a premium medical environment.

Key responsibilities

• Perform advanced aesthetic procedures using Secret RF, BTL Exilis, EMFACE, EMSCULPT, microneedling, LED and laser technologies.
• Support doctors with injectable, regenerative and medical procedures, including patient preparation and clinical assistance.
• Conduct patient consultations, education, after‑care and follow‑up, and maintain accurate treatment documentation.
• Carry out clinical photography, phlebotomy and cannulation where appropriate.
• Ensure strict hygiene, infection‑control and DHA‑compliant practice, and maintain equipment care.
• Build trusted, long‑term relationships with patients and encourage re‑booking and treatment‑plan completion.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to create educational social‑media content.

Required profile

• Valid DHA Registered Nurse licence and Bachelor of Nursing (minimum 3‑year programme).
• At least 2 years post‑qualification nursing experience.
• Previous experience in an aesthetic, dermatology, plastic surgery or longevity clinic.
• Relevant laser qualification or certification.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Secret RF, BTL Exilis, EMFACE, EMSCULPT, microneedling, LED and laser devices.
• Laser qualification/certification.
• Clinical photography, phlebotomy and cannulation.
• Strong infection‑control and DHA‑compliant clinical practice.
