AFCAP V Kuwait SWA Transient Aircraft Services Technician – Secret Clearance

About the role

The AFCAP V program supports U.S. Air Force operations in Southwest Asia by providing Transient Aircraft Services (TAS). KBR is seeking a skilled TAS Technician to execute ground handling and servicing of aircraft at a Kuwait installation, ensuring safe, efficient, and compliant flight‑line operations 24/7/365.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain a ZERO‑Harm workplace by following all flight‑line safety requirements, including FOD prevention, tool control, and PPE usage.
• Perform aircraft marshaling, parking, chocking, grounding and positioning in accordance with Technical Orders and airfield procedures.
• Execute arrival and departure services, supporting aircraft turn‑around and mission readiness.
• Assist with aircraft launch and recovery operations in coordination with supervisors and airfield management.
• Conduct operator‑level inspections and servicing of vehicles and support equipment used in TAS operations.
• Ensure strict accountability of tools and equipment, adhering to tool‑control programs.
• Participate in routine flight‑line inspections and immediate removal of foreign objects.

Required profile

• Valid Secret Clearance.
• Ability to work in a high‑tempo, austere environment with 24/7/365 flight‑line operations.
• Commitment to safety standards and compliance with Performance Work Statement, Technical Orders, and U.S. Government directives.
