After Sales Manager – New Product Development

About the role

The After Sales Manager – New Product Development will lead the growth of aftermarket sales, service contracts and technical support for FAMCO across Oil & Gas, Marine, and Industrial Equipment sectors. The role combines commercial leadership with technical expertise to expand revenue streams and strengthen customer relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute growth strategies for aftermarket parts, maintenance contracts and technical services.
• Identify and launch new product and service offerings that meet market demand.
• Create annual sales plans to achieve revenue, profitability and market‑share targets.
• Build and maintain relationships with key customers, contractors, engineering firms and operators.
• Manage key accounts and drive customer retention and expansion across the UAE.

Required profile

• Proven experience in aftermarket sales and new business development within Oil & Gas, Marine or Industrial equipment sectors.
• Strong commercial acumen with a track record of meeting sales targets.
• Excellent relationship‑building and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work autonomously and lead cross‑functional initiatives.
