After Sales Representative – Customer Care

About the role

The After Sales Representative will handle customer inquiries, requests and complaints across multiple channels, ensuring a positive experience and timely resolution. You will support e‑commerce sales targets and collaborate with internal teams to maintain high service standards.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries, requests and complaints accurately via phone, email and chat.
• Meet service standards and resolve issues within defined SLAs.
• Communicate customer concerns and product feedback to supervisors or managers.
• Identify opportunities to promote products and support e‑commerce sales goals.
• Work closely with Distribution Centers, Merchandising and other internal teams to resolve issues.
• Participate in team meetings and continuous‑improvement initiatives.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of relevant customer care or after‑sales experience.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to manage requests, complaints and CRM cases within SLAs.
• Excellent organizational, problem‑solving and multitasking abilities in a fast‑paced environment.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
• Experience using CRM, ticketing or customer‑service management systems.
