Agency Facility Specialist – Back‑Office Operations

About the role

The Agency Facility Specialist provides back‑office support for agency loan facilities, ensuring smooth processing and high‑quality service for internal customers. The role acts as a key processor and authorizer for borrowing activities, coordinating with clients, lenders, and business partners.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor borrowing status and manage new borrowings, rollovers, rate sets, conversions, repayments and pre‑payments.
• Serve as primary contact/coordinator for clients, lenders and partners on agency‑related events.
• Perform reporting, reconciliation and related administrative tasks.
• Liaise with the agency middle office and internal stakeholders to ensure timely loan‑related processing.
• Follow departmental policies, SOPs and compliance standards.
• Identify and contribute to continuous‑improvement initiatives.

• Ability to meet tight turnaround times and maintain high internal‑customer satisfaction.
• Understanding of regulatory and policy compliance in banking operations.
